Create, test, and refine new seasonal and signature drinks using ingredients like matcha, herbs, syrups, and fresh infusions.
Operate and troubleshoot professional coffee equipment and grinders.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the bar area and equipment.
Train and lead junior baristas; ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Manage inventory of coffee, tea, milk, and bar supplies.
Use POS system efficiently for billing, orders, and sales tracking.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management for cohesive menu pairing and specials
