Job Description

  1. Hair Cutting & Styling – Provide professional haircuts, trims, and styling for clients based on their preferences and current trends.

  2. Hair Coloring – Apply hair color, highlights, and other chemical treatments safely and effectively.

  3. Client Consultation – Assess clients’ hair type, face shape, and preferences to recommend suitable styles and treatments.

  4. Hair Care Services – Offer deep conditioning, scalp treatments, and other hair health services.

  5. Maintain Cleanliness – Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and salon space as per health regulations.

  6. Product Knowledge & Sales – Recommend and upsell hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance.

  7. Appointment Management – Schedule, manage, and follow up on client appointments and maintain accurate records.

  8. Stay Updated – Keep up with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through training and industry updates.
