Job Description
• Lead and manage hiking, trekking, and cycling tours in various terrains and weather
conditions
• Provide information on routes, local culture, wildlife, and safety measures
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during trips
• Inspect and maintain gear, bikes, and equipment before and after tours
• Handle emergencies, first aid, or any unexpected situations on the trail
• Encourage group participation and create a fun, positive atmosphere
• Communicate tour plans clearly and address guest questions or concerns
• Report tour feedback and incidents to management
