Job Description

  1. Manage and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience.

  2. Record and update guest details accurately in the database.

  3. Collect, track, and respond to guest feedback to improve services.

  4. Promote lounge and pub events by updating social media platforms, especially Facebook.

  5. Handle social media interactions, messages, and inquiries professionally.

  6. Coordinate with the restaurant and pub team to ensure smooth guest services.

  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular guests to encourage loyalty.

  8. Monitor guest satisfaction trends and provide reports to management for service improvement.

--Duty: 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM

--Home drop-off facility provided.
