Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, friendly assistance throughout their stay.

  2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  3. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, transportation, and other hotel services when required.

  4. Maintain good relationships with guests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

  5. Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, restaurant, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements efficiently.

  6. Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.

  7. Follow up on guest requests and feedback, maintain basic guest records, and report important issues to the management.

    Note:

    • If food and lodging are provided: Duty hours will be 12 hours per day, with 2 days of leave per month.

    • If food and lodging are not provided: Duty hours will be 10 hours per day, with 4 days of leave per month.
