Job Description
  1. Create visually appealing designs using Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator with strong graphic design skills.

  2. Develop layouts with a strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.

  3. Apply creativity and flexibility to produce marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.

  4. Manage deadlines efficiently and handle feedback or rejection professionally.

  5. Understand marketing principles, website design, advertisements, and multimedia design.

  6. Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  7. Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence and digital branding.

  8. Measure, analyze, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs).

  9. Identify industry trends and insights to optimize advertising spend and improve campaign outcomes.

  10. Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies through digital channels.

  11. Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and conversion tests to enhance marketing effectiveness.

  12. Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve user experience.

  13. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer journeys across multiple channels and optimize user funnels.

  14. Identify critical conversion and drop-off points to improve customer engagement and retention.

  15. Work closely with external agencies and vendor partners to enhance marketing efforts.

  16. Evaluate emerging digital technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption when appropriate.
