About the job

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
  • Develop high-quality, visually compelling designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing assets.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and cohesiveness across all creative materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create design assets that align with campaign objectives, driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversion rates.
  • Assist with photo shoot planning and execution, capturing high-quality images that support marketing campaigns and product promotion efforts.
  • Utilize Photoshop and other design tools to retouch, edit, and enhance images for various platforms, ensuring photos meet campaign requirements and visual standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project needs, iterating on designs based on feedback and ensuring the final product meets expectations.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality standards, and delivering assets in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand’s visual identity remains fresh, innovative, and competitive in the market.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all design work is consistent in terms of typography, color, layout, and alignment across different media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work
