Job Description
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues in equipment and systems.
Ensure the proper functioning of all resort facilities, including HVAC systems, lighting, and water supply.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules and completed work.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to address technical needs.
