Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overall Hotel Operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.

  2. Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff while maintaining high standards of professionalism, service, and discipline.

  3. Revenue & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue, occupancy, profitability, and overall business performance.

  4. Guest Experience: Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards across rooms, restaurants, events, and other hotel facilities.

  5. Financial & Cost Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and operational costs while ensuring effective resource utilization.

  6. Sales & Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions, partnerships, and business opportunities that support hotel growth.

  7. Reporting & Management Coordination: Monitor overall performance, prepare regular reports, resolve operational issues, and ensure that hotel policies and objectives are properly implemented.

Note:

Duty Hour: 10AM - 6/7PM

Female candidates are preferred for this position. The General Manager will work directly under the Managing Director (MD) and Owner and will be responsible for coordinating with them on overall hotel operations and business performance.
