Job Description

We are a hospitality college that offers courses in DPCHM, DSW, and DPCA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities to impart knowledge and skills in Front Office Theory and Practical, aligning course content with program objectives and industry standards.

  2. Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and assessments, to support student learning and enhance understanding of front office operations, guest services, and hotel management principles.

  3. Facilitate practical training sessions in simulated front office environments, providing students with opportunities to apply theoretical concepts and practice essential front desk procedures, such as check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest relations.

  4. Assess student performance through quizzes, exams, assignments, and practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support to foster their academic and professional growth.

  5. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the hospitality industry, integrating relevant topics and real-world examples into course curriculum to enhance student learning experiences.

  6. Collaborate with colleagues, industry professionals, and guest speakers to enrich the educational experience, participate in curriculum development initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs.
