Job Description
  1. Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure a warm, efficient, and professional guest check-in and check-out experience.

  2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service recovery.

  3. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff, providing regular coaching and performance evaluations.

  4. Manage room reservations and allocations in coordination with relevant departments to maintain accurate room status and availability.

  5. Maintain strong communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operational flow and timely guest services.

  6. Monitor guest billing and front office reports, ensuring accuracy in charges, occupancy, revenue, and feedback analysis.

  7. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and privacy policies while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  8. Support revenue optimization by assisting with room rates, promotions, and cost control initiatives without compromising guest satisfaction.

Duty hour- 8 to 9 hour
