As per Company AgreementMAJOR DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee front office operations (e.g. complaint handling, communication, night audit, guest profiling).
Check lobby and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations, room allocation, financial transactions etc.
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent communication; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Analyze customer feedback and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see.
Handle all social media and direct guest queries.
OTA, channel manager and direct booking engine management: Opening and closing inventory, reservations and guest handling across all OTA platforms.
Be up to date with market rates and trends.
OTHER SPECIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management with minimum 4 years of experience in Front Office department.
Proficiency in English.
