Handle reservations, room assignments, and key management.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Provide hotel, dining, and local area information.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.
Maintain front desk and lobby area presentation.
Update guest information and daily reports in the PMS.
Follow shift schedules assigned by the FO Supervisor and assist during peak times.
Note:
Duty shift: 3 shifts - per shift 8-9 hrs. Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) as assigned by the FO Supervisor.
Facilities: Only Food, SSF or Other Fund, OT Payment, Annual Bonus, Dashain Bonus.
Working day: 6 day in a week.
