Job Description
  1. Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome visitors and guests at the front desk, provide them with necessary information, and ensure a positive first impression.

  2. Managing Check-in and Check-out: Oversee and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, fulfilling their requests and needs during their stay.

  3. Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the front desk team, provide training, guidance, and motivation to staff, and ensure effective performance.

  4. Resolving Customer Issues: Address and resolve guest complaints, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  5. Reservation Management: Manage room reservations, handle online and phone bookings, and ensure accuracy in the reservation process.

  6. Maintaining Records: Keep accurate and organized records of guest information, bills, and other important documents while ensuring confidentiality.

  7. Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments like housekeeping, restaurant, and management to provide a seamless guest experience.

  8. Handling Financial Transactions: Process payments from guests, prepare bills, and manage financial transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
