Manage check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services efficiently
Train, mentor, and schedule front desk staff
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations
Maintain records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Assist HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and staff management for the front desk
Generate reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and front desk performance
Implement and maintain SOPs to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
Note:
Working day: 6 day in a week.
Duty time: 9 hours.
