Job Description
  • Handles check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.0

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous, professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the organization.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management as needed.
