About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Omega BPO Pvt. Ltd in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, computer literacy, customer service, Social Media response and communication on a daily basis.

Qualifications: 

  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Good Command on English verbal and written. 
  • Experience in front desk or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Nearby Chakrapath will be preference
