Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls or visitors to the appropriate department
Manage front desk operations including appointment handling, visitor logs, and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
Respond to emails, messages, and maintain communication records properly
Manage and update the organization’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand image
Respond to social media inquiries, messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional way
Monitor social media trends and assist in implementing effective promotional strategies
Assist in basic designing or coordinate with graphic designers for posts and visuals
