Job Description
  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner

  2. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls or visitors to the appropriate department

  3. Manage front desk operations including appointment handling, visitor logs, and documentation

  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times

  5. Respond to emails, messages, and maintain communication records properly

  6. Manage and update the organization’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  7. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand image

  8. Respond to social media inquiries, messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional way

  9. Monitor social media trends and assist in implementing effective promotional strategies

  10. Assist in basic designing or coordinate with graphic designers for posts and visuals

  11. Track and report on engagement, reach, and performance metrics
