Requirements:
Prior experience in hotel or restaurant front desk operations
Good knowledge of booking/reservation software (PMS or similar systems)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Well-groomed, polite, and professional behavior
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
