Job Description
  1. Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner

  2. Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly

  3. Manage reservations, bookings, and cancellations using hotel/restaurant booking software

  4. Maintain guest records and update daily reports

  5. Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly

  6. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for smooth operations

  7. Handle guest complaints and provide proper solutions in a professional way

  8. Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained

Process billing and payments when required

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in hotel or restaurant front desk operations

  2. Good knowledge of booking/reservation software (PMS or similar systems)

  3. Strong communication and customer service skills

  4. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)

  5. Well-groomed, polite, and professional behavior

  6. Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Duty Hours:

  • 8 hours per day
