Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and staff
Coordinate with various departments for smooth front desk operations
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record keeping
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Manage bookings and reservations if applicable

Duty shift: 7AM-7PM or 8PM-8AM
