Manage room and banquet hall bookings, cancellations, and changes
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
Provide information about hotel services, room rates, and banquet packages
Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software
Coordinate with housekeeping and banquet teams for smooth operations
Maintain records of guest information and payments accurately
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues politely and professionally
Support banquet operations by guiding guests and assisting during events
Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean, organized, and welcoming
Prepare daily reports related to bookings, occupancy, and events
Follow all hotel policies and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Note:
Duty time: 8 hours
shiftwise: 10 am to 6 pm | 6 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm.
Duty : Should review the hotel website , handle booking of the hotel, handle their Gmail account, reply to customer query regarding booking, english is compulsory , should be multitasking, should handle front desk
Working day: 6 day in a week.
