Job Description :

Greet Visitors: Welcome guests at the front desk and provide them with necessary information.

Handle Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate department.

Manage Information: Enter and update visitor and customer information accurately and maintain records.

Check-In and Check-Out: Complete the check-in and check-out process for guests, handling paperwork and payment procedures.

Document Management: Safely store and organize important documents and files, and provide them to the relevant personnel when required.

आगन्तुकलाई स्वागत गर्नुपर्ने: फ्रन्ट डेस्कमा पाहुनाहरूलाई स्वागत गर्नुपर्ने र तिनीहरूलाई आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान गर्नुपर्ने।

फोन कलहरू ह्यान्डल गर्नुपर्ने: फोनमा आउने कलहरूको उत्तर दिनुपर्ने, ग्राहकका प्रश्नहरूको जवाफ दिनुपर्ने र कललाई उपयुक्त विभागमा रिडायरेक्ट गर्नुपर्ने।

जानकारी व्यवस्थापन गर्नुपर्ने: आगन्तुक र ग्राहकको जानकारी सही तरिकामा इन्ट्री गर्नुपर्ने र अद्यावधिक राख्नुपर्ने।

चेक-इन र चेक-आउट प्रक्रिया गर्नुपर्ने: पाहुनाहरूको चेक-इन र चेक-आउट प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्नुपर्ने, कागजी कार्य र भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया व्यवस्थापन गर्नुपर्ने।

दस्तावेज व्यवस्थापन गर्नुपर्ने: महत्त्वपूर्ण कागजात र फाइलहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा राख्नुपर्ने र आवश्यक परे सम्बन्धित कर्मचारीलाई उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्ने।
