• Greet Visitors: Welcome guests at the front desk and provide them with necessary information.
• Handle Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
• Manage Information: Enter and update visitor and customer information accurately and maintain records.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Complete the check-in and check-out process for guests, handling paperwork and payment procedures.
