About the job

Scope of Role: Responsible for welcoming guests, attending phone calls/messages and coordinating with the team for admin related activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitors, clients and guests in the office,
  • Answer phone calls, messages and mails in a professional manner,
  • Communicate with the pantry and housekeeping team as required,
  • Coordinate with the internal team and outsiders for the office and admin related matters,
  • Maintain stock of office items, pantry, stationaries and other assets,
  • Perform clerical duties as filling, photocopying and typing (Nepali & English), 
  • Facilitate each department in order to complete certain tasks on need basis,
  • Handle petty cash, cheque, official forms and prepare daily reports.
  • Must have a pleasant personality with a good attitude. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree running or completed in any areas,
  • Having work experience of minimum 1 yrs in the FMCG or the relevant field,
  • Must have good knowledge of email, excel and prints,
  • Having excellent communication and problem solving skills,
  • Ability to maintain good people relation and multi task effectively.
