Position: Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact at Encode Academy. This role is pivotal in managing the academy’s front desk operations, addressing inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Education: Completion of +2 level education.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal English, ensuring smooth interactions with clients, students, and visitors.
  • Content Creation Abilities: Confidence in front of the camera with skills in creating engaging videos, reels, and multimedia content for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong command of office software (e.g., MS Office, email management tools) and the ability to quickly learn new applications for efficient administrative work.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and keep accurate records of registrations, events, and training sessions.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail for accurately handling data entry, payments, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Time Management: Efficient at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, ensuring timely responses and completion of daily front desk operations.
  • Professional Appearance and Presentation: Maintain a polished and approachable presence suitable for representing the organization both in-person and on video.
  • Technological Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to and efficiently use new technologies, tools, and software to enhance productivity.
  • Social Media Literacy: Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of how to create content that aligns with the organization's goals and branding.
