About the job
We are looking for Full time Front Desk Officer at our Kathmandu Office.
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and announcing visitors appropriately at the front desk
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Handle and solve queries and grievances and provide reception support
- Assist in compilation and arrangement of documents (printing, scanning, preparing pdf file & uploading in the concerned folder)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings with clients
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative work as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
- Maintain customer relationship records using CRM
- Communicate with students regarding IELTS/ PTE classes and follow up with clients regarding the classes
- Coordinate with other team members for follow-up
- Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients
- Communicate with students regarding IELTS/ PTE classes.
- Collaborate and provide support to fellow team members when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Complete
- 6 months-1 year experience
