Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Officer - Front Desk at IME Motors Ashok Leyland Nepal in Kathmandu. The Jr. Officer - Front Desk will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience
• Ability to work well with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering excellent service
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
