Job Overview:
The Front Desk Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience at Prakriti Resort & Organic Farm. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in line with our resort's sustainable hospitality values.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Relations
Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Provide information about the resort’s amenities, activities, and the surrounding area.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Reservation Management
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through our booking system.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and special requests are met.
Billing & Payment Processing
Manage guest billing, process payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Prepare invoices and provide detailed billing information to guests as needed.
Serve as the central point of contact for guests, connecting them to various resort services (e.g., transportation, dining, excursions).
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Duties
Maintain front desk logs and records, including guest feedback and requests.
Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction for management review.
