Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing customer service, managing office equipment, and assisting with office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties
  • Knowledge of Office Equipment operation
  • Office Administration skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor Running or completed.
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
