The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. The role involves managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing basic information as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and presentable.
  • Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support office management as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
