Position: Front Desk Officer
Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Job Location: Putalisadak, Kathmandu
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Provide information about our services and address client inquiries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
• +2 or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
• Can work with MS office and basic office tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
