Job Description:

We are seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for consultations and meetings.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Provide information about our services and assist with initial inquiries from prospective students.
  • Handle courier services, mail distribution, and other logistical tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School (Year 12); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calmness.
