Job Description
  • Supervise and support front desk staff including receptionists and concierge personnel.

  • Ensure all guest/visitor interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain the reception area, lobby, and workspaces to high standards of appearance and cleanliness.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  • Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of front desk team members.

  • Monitor office or lobby supplies and place orders as needed.

  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to front desk operations.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

  • Manage front desk records, logs, and reports accurately.

  • Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, security, maintenance) to support smooth operations.
