Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at CAS Total Solutions in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, managing phone etiquette, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills on a daily basis.

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to upon arrival.
  • Manage incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual. 
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist in preparing outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate appointments for clients, visitors, and staff members as required, maintaining an organized schedule to optimize time management.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Providing information about the organization's services, facilities, and personnel to visitors and callers. Assist in providing directions or guidance as required.
  • Monitor and manage access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed and visitors are authorized appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Address special requests or accommodations from guests or clients with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met to the best of the organization's ability.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in related stream, additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Abilities
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Prior experience in Customer Service roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
