Job Description
  1. Customer Greeting and Assistance: Greet visitors and guests with a warm and friendly attitude, provide them with necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  2. Handling Phone Calls and Emails: Answer phone calls and emails, take messages, and route them to the relevant department or individual as needed.

  3. Managing Check-ins and Check-outs: Assist visitors or guests with check-ins/check-outs, providing room keys or necessary access, and handling reservations when required.

  4. Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments or meetings, ensuring proper coordination between clients and staff.

  5. Maintaining Visitor Logs: Keep track of visitor logs and ensure that all guests sign in and out according to company policy.

  6. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, managing office supplies, photocopying, and maintaining records.

  7. Handling Payments and Billing: Assist with processing payments and billing procedures, including issuing invoices and receipts when required.

  8. Ensuring Cleanliness and Order: Maintain the front desk area in a tidy and organized manner, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.

  9. Security Awareness: Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises by identifying any suspicious activity and following protocols to address security concerns.
