Job Description
  1. Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

  2. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software.

  3. Handle guest billing and payment processing accurately.

  4. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide prompt information to guests.

  5. Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally.

  6. Maintain updated records of room availability, guest preferences, and special requests.

  7. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.

  8. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily front desk operations.

Note: Duty hours are 10–12 hours per day.
