Job Description
  1. Greet and welcome visitors and client in a friendly and professional manner. 

  2. Answer phone calls, screen and forward them appropriately, and take messages. 

  3. Handle inquiries and address concerns promptly and efficiently

  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  5. Manage appointments, reservations, and schedules, ensuring accurate and organized calendars.

  6. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.

  7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

  8. Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

  9. Duty hours : 7am -3pm
