Job Description
  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

  2. Manage efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.

  3. Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

  4. Provide clear information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

  5. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.

  6. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

  7. Process payments, maintain accurate guest folios, and balance cash registers.

  8. Manage telephone calls and front desk communications effectively.

  9. Upsell hotel services such as room upgrades and spa treatments.

  10. Maintain organized and up-to-date guest records in property management systems.

  11. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing guest satisfaction.

  12. Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, welcoming, and secure.

👉 Note

  • 12 hour night duty, including breakfast and lunch time

  • Duty Hour- 7:30 pm- 7:30 am / 6 days a week
