Job Description

  1. Ensure proper commercial food packaging standards are maintained according to food safety regulations.

  2. Monitor and verify the use of certified and approved ingredients in all food production processes.

  3. Test and determine accurate shelf life of food products through quality control procedures.

  4. Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished food products.

  5. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per industry guidelines.

  6. Record production data, packaging details, and quality inspection reports.

  7. Coordinate with production and packaging teams to improve efficiency and product quality.

  8. Ensure compliance with food safety laws and certification requirements.
