Job Description

  1. Pick up food orders from the kitchen or restaurant and deliver them to customers on time.

  2. Verify order details and ensure accuracy before leaving the pickup location.

  3. Follow the safest and most efficient routes for timely delivery.

  4. Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their order.

  5. Handle food items carefully to prevent spills, damage, or contamination.

  6. Adhere to traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company delivery protocols.

  7. Keep delivery vehicles (bike/scooter) clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.

  8. Provide polite and professional customer service during every delivery.


Duty Timing

  • 1 rider: 11 am-8 pm

  • 1 rider: 3 pm-12 am

  • 3 rider: 6 pm-3 am

Electric Scooter will be provided by the company for work. Two-wheeler license compulsory.
