Job Description

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day operation in all aspects of the property

  2. Responsible for the overall security of cash, stocks, and equipment

  3. Supervise staff and ensure uniform standard

  4. May assist in planning weekly rosters

  5. Responsible for efficient staffing and training of all staff

  6. Responsible for all aspects of stock control

  7. Assist in preparing, ordering, and receiving stock

  8. Maintaining the reports as per the requirement

  9. Assist in planning all marketing and promotion activities

  10. Supervise and ensure all presentation and cleanliness standards

  11. Plan, coordinate, develop, and conduct customer service and suggestive selling training or guidance for all staff.
