Job Description

Position Overview:

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the resort’s restaurants, bars, banquets, and other food and beverage outlets. The role ensures excellent guest service, smooth operations, high hygiene standards, and effective team performance while supporting the F&B Manager in achieving departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.

  2. Ensure excellent guest service and promptly handle guest requests and complaints.

  3. Lead, assign, and monitor F&B staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  4. Conduct staff briefings, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.

  5. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming.

  6. Monitor inventory, portion control, wastage, breakage, and F&B cost control.

  7. Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth resort operations.

  8. Support the F&B Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining SOPs, and preparing daily operational reports.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8 to 9 Hours
