Job Description

  1. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the F&B team.

  2. Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.

  3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

  4. Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.

  5. Prepare and manage departmental budgets.

  6. Monitor sales, revenue, and operating costs.

  7. Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory.

  8. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase profitability.

  9. Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.

  10. Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.

  11. Conduct regular inventory audits and minimize losses.
