Job Description

  1. Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth workflow.

  2. Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions.

  3. Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints efficiently.

  4. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain timely delivery of food and beverages.

  5. Oversee inventory management, stock control, and proper storage of supplies.

  6. Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all F&B operations.

  7. Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and special menus.

  8. Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues for management review.
