Job Description

  1. Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

  2. Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards

  3. Ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints and special requests professionally

  4. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control

  5. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service and order accuracy

  6. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policies

  7. Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and minimizing wastage

  8. Prepare duty rosters, oversee staff attendance, and support performance evaluation
