Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Shambaling Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, maintaining service standards, managing customer service, and ensuring effective communication among staff.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Food Service experience
  • Knowledge of Service Standards and Customer Service principles
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and lead by example
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food industry
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management is a plus
