Job Description

  1. Teach theory and practical classes on F&B service, including table setting, napkin folds, order taking, billing, buffet setup, and beverage service.

  2. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.

  3. Train students in grooming, etiquette, and guest communication.

  4. Ensure discipline, hygiene, and punctuality in practical classes.

  5. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

  6. Manage training restaurant, equipment, and practical exams.

  7. Maintain records and coordinate with academic heads on curriculum.

  8. Support institute events, student placements, and industry visits.
