Job Description

  1. Provide excellent guest service by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

  2. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

  3. Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.

  4. Handle food and beverage items safely, maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

  5. Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper table presentation.

  6. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.

  7. Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner.

  8. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment at all times.

Note: Duty hour – 8 hours per day.
