Job Description
  1. Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of all food and beverage outlets.

  2. Ensure high quality of food, beverages, and service is maintained consistently.

  3. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.

  4. Hire, train, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring excellent customer service.

  5. Develop menus in coordination with chefs and manage pricing strategies.

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  7. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.

  8. Promote special events, offers, and F&B marketing activities.

  9. Maintain cost control and improve profitability.

  10. Collaborate with other departments (like Sales & Events) for smooth operations.

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. सम्पूर्ण फुड र बेभरिज आउटलेटहरूको योजना बनाउने, व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र अनुगमन गर्ने।

  3. गोदामको स्तर अनुगमन गर्ने, आपूर्ति व्यवस्थापन गर्ने, र बजेट अनुसार खर्च गर्ने।

  4. कर्मचारी भर्ना, तालिम र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने तथा उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  5. सेफसँग मिलेर मेनु विकास गर्ने र मूल्य निर्धारण रणनीति बनाउने।

  6. स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा र सरसफाइ सम्बन्धी नियमहरूको पालना गराउने।

  7. ग्राहकको प्रतिक्रिया व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र गुनासो समाधान गर्ने।

  8. विशेष कार्यक्रमहरू, अफरहरू, र प्रचार गतिविधिहरूको प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने।

  9. लागत नियन्त्रण गर्ने र नाफा बढाउने।
