Job Description
  1. Experience in food and beverage management in hospitality.

  2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  3. Proficient in budgeting and cost control.

  4. Familiarity with culinary trends and menu design.

  5. Proficient in Sarvanam and relevant software. Proficient in email correspondence and friendly with Word and Excel.

  6. Daily reporting to General Manager on F&B operations and performance.

  7. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise service staff.

  8. Develop programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.

  9. Collaborate with the culinary team to create appealing menus.

  10. Monitor food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.

  11. Develop and track annual budgets for operations.

  12. Manage client communications and special requests.

  13. Conduct audits and manage stock levels efficiently.

  14. Use Sarvanam and other software for reservations, orders, and inventory management.
