Job Description

  1. Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.

  2. Assist guests with table reservations, seating, and ensure timely service.

  3. Have thorough knowledge of the menu and presentation standards to assist guests effectively.

  4. Apply correct service techniques enthusiastically when serving food and beverages.

  5. Accurately record orders and transactions in the Point of Sale (POS) system.

  6. Communicate promptly with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and special dietary needs.

  7. Monitor guest satisfaction with food and beverages, addressing any concerns promptly.

  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining spaces throughout the shift.

  9. Handle shift closing procedures, including tallying cash and credit card settlements.

  10. Coach and support junior staff to maintain quality service standards.
